About Us

Milli-Mak Concessions & Catering has been known for catering frozen beverages for some time now. To be more specific, we have been known for supplying parties with liquor infused freeze pops since 2011. But, that was in the beginning, when we noticed there was a market for something more than just the classic jello shots.  Thus the start of our very unique Frost Bite Freeze Pops. We have catered wedding receptions, tupperware parties, college graduation celebrations, and family reunions just to name a few. Outside of the party life, we have bars that bring our Frost Bites to their menu every summer season. 

Just a few years ago 2018, Milli-Mak C&C has brought upon another frozen beverage to their menu; but this time, a delicious treat for the kids or the kid-at-heart: An Ice Slushie Machine was purchased.  We tell the following tale, "The owner of Milli-Mak C&C, Roger Davis, has visited the toughest tundra to extract the rare essence that creates the chilling storms that reside in your cup.  Milli-Mak C&C has dissected the research, and has built the Burr-icane Ice Storm System. We then, mix fresh flavors with the ice storms to create our very own Burr-icane Ice Storm Slushie: Essentially, you can bring a cup of winter to any summer event this season. How will you beat the heat? with a Snow Ball? or an Ice Storm?? Yeah! An Ice Storm will surely beat any miserable heat this summer has to offer. " Our ice slushie catering is currently unavailable Summer 2022. We apologize for this inconvenience. 

Milli-Mak C&C has matured into a business where now, we create wonderful sauces from scratch to which we sell through way of our delicious food items. Here at Milli-Mak C&C, our main dish is Mac and Cheese. We have mastered 3 Mornay sauces (Alfredo, Queso Blanco, Original), 3 Tasty BBQ Sauces (Sweet, Mild, Hot), Pico Supreme Salsa, and later we will craft a Hollandaise sauce.
